The Faux wood Levelor blinds are nice, inexpensive and can be cut in the store to fit just about any window. I buy them here at Lowe's. I have seen t hose cellular blinds in some of our rentals, and they really don't hold up well in my opinion. They fade so then the window getting the most sun will be a lighter color than other windows.

Color particularly the brighter more intense shades will eventurally fade when continually exposed to sunlight unless you have a liner installed. Never had a problem with mine fading and I've used cellular shades for over 20 years.

Is delivery time from Blinds.com always this long?

I placed my order only July 2nd and they won't ship until July 17th.

Is this normal?
It was only 3 blinds.

I like jcpenny's too. But if all you want is inexpensive blinds for a basement window, even Walmart has blinds.

Yes, when you order them online they make to order. I just bought a nice solar roller shade from Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper...way cheaper than the same ones from Home Depot. I think it took about 10 days. I agree though if you want wood blinds, the Lowes cut to fit are a great deal, as are the standard ones that come in precut sizes.
