Obviously, you know it's a coat rack...... (you don't HAVE to hang coats on it, umbrellas, whatever your heart desires.

I'd mount it behind my bathroom door, to hang a bathrobe on.

Or if you have dogs it would make a nice leash rack!

Or you could hang towels on it.

I usually use them behind the bathroom door to hang towels on. There never seems to be enough towel space in a bathroom.

Here is a photo of a plain ole........

The fancy model can be adapted for 1, or 2, or 3 coats, hats, etc.
Each one is held in place with a screw from behind the plate.
1 or 2 can be removed.

Obviously this nicer rack is designed to have a special place in the house.

The regular, plain ole can be put anywhere.
The nicer one, seems to me, not designed to be put anywhere, though it could be.

So 3 think it would look nice in a bathroom.
One vote for a dog leash.
One for most anything.

Now, to the skeptics, if I mounted the nicer one in my shed, or store room, that clearly is not the proper place for one that looks so nice.

It's not like it's some revered antique piece! Hang it outside if you want.... some folks must be bored today
