I usually use Happy Trails for the main living areas, hallways etc.
Happy Trails 418-4 by PPG Pittsburgh Paints- and everyone loves it.

I am probably going to be redoing another house and wondered what colors you like that could be used for the same purpose. My decor is shabby chic so a lot of white and off white so I need a nice background paint to showcase it.

I love greens but don't know if that would be too much for a large living area...a green/grey might work though.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

My large family room is painted BM Weekend Getaway. Friends and family rave about how great a color it is.

Do you think you could do most of a house that color? It's very nice.

Very nice color - too yellow for me but I like it.

We just repainted our whole house interior and of the neutral colors we really loved is a color called Beach Sand.

We used it in a large family room, and in the foyer/hall.
If you are not used to color, it might be too much for you.

We have no white walls, but I would not like "most of a house " done with it. Or with any one color, for that matter. We like a bit of variety!

BM decorator white or some variation of greige (with the shade depending on the cool/warmth factor in the room's decor)
