TJ Maxx or Marshall's. I've bought some expensive curtains for our apartment for an amazing price. The only problem
is that you have to go frequently because stock is always coming in and things like that go quickly.

Yep. My wife just bought some nice blackout curtains from Family Dollar for our bedroom because our neighbors installed a motion-sensing light fixture on the side of their house that lights up the whole area outside my bedroom. For some reason they come on several times every night and were waking us up.

We have those too and they work great. Thrift shops or Craigslist are a good idea as well.
