Got a quote for plantation blinds to make kids room darker. Surprised at the price, over $500 my kid's window.

Is $18/sq ft a fair price?

As much as I like Plantation blinds they are too expensive for me let alone my kid's room.

I'm sure the prices will vary from one area to another but in FL they are very high. Have you shopped around?

They are an expensive option. Just get a few quotes to see what your best deal is. Have you checked Blinds | Window Blinds and Shades | Custom Window Coverings
