Thanks DaveBarnes, I assume the style is empire but do you know the type of lamp it is?


When I Google "empire lamp" I don't see anything remotely similar.

It's a "table top torchiere".
Probably a reproduction to look like an "antique".

Yes, definitely a reproduction ~ it's very heavy and apparently was quite expensive originally.
