Does anybody know where I can have a relaxed Roman shade made at a good price?

By "relaxed" I mean the kind that gently swags in the middle.

My go-to for windows is usually Blinds.com, but they don't make the relaxed ones.

See if the shade store has anything you like. A friend used JC Penny. They loved them, I was not such a fan but it may have been here choice of material.

I used local ladies... great selection and service. Plus they installed for free!

Have you looked at Country Curtains? They are not custom, but they have some. I bought some, years ago, from Smith & Noble, but they are not inexpensive.
I have also made my own for very little money. If you are at all handy, you can get the instructions online and make them yourself. All the rings and cording are available at any sewing store.

We have a local fabric outlet. Maybe see if there's one near you? they offer a custom service to make them for you for a price too.
