I'm getting a fridge delivered
Measures 29.5 inch without doors; measured by me at store
Doorway is 30 1/2 inches

First attempted delivery guys said it won't fit but seemed reluctant and gave all kinds of excuse

Will it fit ?

Are you assuming that the doors are field removable? Not all are. For that matter are you sure that you measured the opening of your doorway at 30.5 inches? That seems odd to me -- most standard US doorways have nominal opening of 28" for interior, 36" for exterior and while it is not too uncommon to have a doors that 30" I would be curious about the extra half inch...

If the interior door is 28" the fridge is a no-go...

Well; let's see. Seems like a pretty simple math equation-

We have an opening that's 30-1/2" wide (check!). And we have a refrigerator that is 29-1/2" wide w/o doors (check!).

30-1/2"-29-1/2"= 1"

So, according to the mathematical equation the refrigerator will fit. Is it really possible that TWO delivery guys could not do the mathematical equation? Or, could it be that THEY couldn't fit through the 30-1/2" doorway?

Or could it be that it's a side by side fridge and the doors won't fully open without hitting the side wall(s).

Some refrigerators are narrower than they are deep so check the depth measurement. Sometimes doors are removable with little effort and sometimes wiring and tubing are involved. You can also remove the strips from the doorway. Might give you another 1' or 1-1/2' clearance.

Note: The delivery guys understandably don't want to have to remove doors and take your home apart to get you refrigerator in. So ....don't forget a big tip if they get it in dependent on the trouble they've gone to of course.

May I suggest that you google the specs for the actual model and see the dimensions in print as opposed to your own measurements.

God...a response like this did not take long at all. But I was thinking the same thing.

If actual delivery guys were there and actually brought it in and said it won't fit, I'm thinking it might not fit. It's their job to make it fit, and they do it all day. They don't wanna haul it back out to the truck.

Yup. That's why I asked for the brand/model to check on that...
No reply from OP, yet.
I am not wasting my time on drive-by posters, until they come back.
