Since you have someone that WANTS it, and you DON'T, why not get something for it, and not have to pay to move it to NOT use it.
I would offer it for a heavy discount, maybe 40 - 50% of what you paid, or as someone else suggested, include it with the house in exchange for not paying for something else they may ask for.
It just doesn't make sense to me to move it and not use it.

I'd definitely offer to sell it now if they're still interested, for all the reasons above. Since it's in good condition and only 3yo, I'd ask 50-60% of what you paid (you can always negotiate down), but check w/ your realtor to see what is usual in your area.
We had asked about washer/dryer in the house we're buying and they originally said they would not sell them. But they now changed their minds (we're 2 weeks to closing), and we're happy to buy them. I'd also asked if they'd sell some nice planter pots, and they actually said they'd leave some of them (for free). They also asked if we wanted a shelving unit in one of the rooms which we gladly accepted. It's been a real nice transaction with them.
We never asked to buy their furniture, but have admired the "look" they created. Since we're first time buyers and have almost no furniture ourselves, we took a ton of pictures and will try to re-create some of the rooms as funds allow.
Hope you can work something out!
