the high-arc faucet is nice and I would definitely stick with the one handle for the blended hot/cold water. not two-handles.

I went with a High Arc Delta 955 ORB seperate single handle sprayer type. The reviews from online faucet companies was outstanding on these and they will go well with the rest of the kitchen look.
