I have almost finished my guest bathroom and would like some ideas on colors for my master bath. I'll be putting down new tile and I want a light color for both walls and tile flooring. My vanity has a maple finish that I want to paint white. I'm thinking on ice blue for the walls. The main thing is tile color so I can change the accessories every so often.
I used white tile and mint ice cream (green) on the guest bathroom walls with light colors of green, blue and sand in accessories.

When we remodeled our master bath a few years ago, we also put in white cabinets and painted the walls light blue. For tiles, we picked a neutral tan, which reminded me of a sand color. Went well with the beach theme!

I did mine in a coral/terra cotta color. It's kind of metalic and it's a special paint. It's warm and helps me get awake in the morning.

Bathroom colors do impact the look of the room. I will prefer you to go for some interior design tips before you go for any changes. I will prefer you to go for Matt light colors as they come in handy rather than going for conventional oil paints.
