I love the light mint green. Were it me I would trim out the windows as suggested by previous posters but paint the trim white and add a buttercream yellow color to the front door. I especially like K'ledgebldr's suggestions about the deck and landing. Since you stated this is income property I would trim way back the out of control shrubbery/volunteer tree on the left and balance with something low maint. under the double window. Personally I oppose anchoring the corner with plantings for security reasons and with renters, it just gives them a wider corner to hide "stuff" from street view.
Is the front exposure such that the house would benefit from some type of awning shade (other than the one shown currently over the front door)? Perhaps "Bahama" style shutters over the front windows if streetside windows face South? I didn't notice what part of the country the house is in but it might cut down on cooling bills as well as give special curb appeal.
