Wasn't the 2013 Accord available in lat Fall of 2012? If so, the 3 year off the lease should have started in October of last year.
Sure, there have been some 2013 lease turn-ins. At various times of the year they will offer lease specials and they always push them right before the next model year is released. So there will likely be a lot of 2013 lease returns in mid-late summer of 2016. Car sales are also traditionally slow in the first few months of the year, so lease incentives are common then as well. So there should also be some on dealer lots (most likely as Honda CPO) in March and April.
Yes the 2013 Accord came out on September 19, 2012. So the 36 month leases would be running out starting in early fall 2015. I've actually rode in a 2016 Accord that replaced a 2013 after a 36 month lease. Rode in the 2013 on Dec. 1, 2015, then its owner traded it in on a 2016 she got in late Dec 2015, which I then rode in Feb. 4, 2016. So the 2013s are coming off lease and should be available used.
The 2016 Accord V6 models still have a conventional 6-speed automatic. I'm not a fan of CVTs either.
Yeah, very unlikely that they will replace the v6 automatic with a CVT lol
