I kind of have the hair brain idea that I'd try to track down a head unit with navigation for my 2011 Honda Accord. I've checked with a few junk yards online, and did find a few that had the units available for a reasonable price. Since so much is integrated within these head units, I wanted to stick to the factory head unit, which I would assume would be a bit more straight forward replacement. My only question is, will the navigation screen fit as is, or would I need to order a different stock "frame" to make it all work? I want to keep the car as stock as possible, and no, they're nothing wrong with the current head unit. I just wanted the navi in the car. It was the only thing in my EX-L coupe that I was sort of in it being completely loaded. I had everything else. Also figured whenever I get ready to sell the car, it might reel in a couple extra bucks with the navi.
I would imagine it would physically fit, however the plugs on the back might be different, you might also need to add an antenna for the gps, that would usually involve drilling a hole in the roof.

I was wondering if the existing antenna is already setup. I mean, it has XM radio which, of course, has to speak to satellites, I would assume maybe it's already wired up for such, just not being used. But that is something to consider.
