Take it to a highly rated suspension shop. We(at least the ones that know how to work on cars) cannot rule anything out without being behind the wheel of it.Just guess. It could be many things, bent control arm,bad spring ,anything with that left front suspension. Or even a bad wheel hub. Yes they go bad too.

Are they suspension specialist? Good techs are hard to find, you really have to research via google, yelp, facbook etc. Goodluck and keep us updated.

Did you buy the rims as brand new, or refurbished? This time of year, depending on where you live, bent rims are super common thanks to potholes. And you typically won't bend just one, but two at a time (front and rear on same side) as you hit the pot hole. Once you start to rotate them, it gets maddening to figure out.

You said previous owner had large 20's on the car. I wonder if they had spacers on the hub as well to make the wheels fit? I wonder if the studs got bent? Makes me also think bearing related given added stress of custom wheels?

Very rare for potholes in Vegas. I had it checked again and leaning to control arms. The right side has a bushing that’s cracked

Tire balance would be the usual suspect but you have eliminated it with your new tires and the experiment you did by swapping locations. So you are left with something in the suspension. That cracked bushing might be it - or, it may be the symptom of some other root cause. Didn't catch if they checked wheel bearings? Usually have some noise associated with that, but worth a look.

My Element is fixed. I replaced the control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, and stabilizer links. Total parts and labor just under 600.
