I have a 99 civic DX I started having this same problem 2 days ago and it would not start for the life of me so left it overnight. Got back to it in the morning and after 5 to 7 times of trying to start it, it lit up and ran fine for 35 miles. Later that day went to the store around the way (started 1st try) went in and got something, hop in the car and it wouldn't start. after letting it sit tried a hand full more times and with my foot on the peddle pumping the gas it SLOWLY started up and after I got home, waited for 7-10 min and tried again. It did not start for the first few then slowly turned over and ran like it had a misfire when I gave it gas, then started running normally. It has fuel and changed plugs wires rotor and cap. Next day rough start up again. No CEL on and runs fine if I can get it started...none of my car buddies can figure it out.
I have a Honda Accord 94 cranks but doesn't start, I have change the distributor twice, new spark plugs still doesn't start .I'm lost please help. Friend was saying craftshaft sensor but I already spunt a lot of money already
