Default Is that normal dehumidifer blow out heated air?

I bought a 70pint dehumidifer for my basement, I just found out it is blowing out warm air. I have a 30 pint dehumdifier, it blow out cool air.

They both should take out humidity that should make the air feel cooler but not really cool the air as to temperature . Likely if it adds warmth to the air its picking up heat from the device itself;I woud think.

Dehumidifiers blow out warm air. It is part of the way they work. If you have one blowing out cold air, it is probably not working. If you want a dehumidifier that blow out cold air, get an airconditioning unit. They also dehumidify. However they also discharge a lot of heat. that is why the compressor is usually outside.
