Should I be concerned about drywood termites in attic in Orange, CA?
Not anymore concerned than knowing that there is a known Islamist terrorist in your attic with a thermonuclear device under each arm. I'd for a termite inspection, today.
Unless the rules have changed since I left SoCal, if the termite population is extensive and you had your home for sale, it would not get sold without the exterminators coming in zoot suits, doing whatever it is they do, and tenting the house.
So yes, I would say it's time to worry.
