How can I stop neighbor's cigarette smoke from getting into my place? (HEPA filter, floor)

Here's the deal my neighbor's cigarette smoke only seems to come into the bathroom. I discovered a gaping hole where the water pipe comes through the cabinet under the sink. So I sealed that up with that expanding spray foam which did help a lot. I also found a gap between the wall and the floorboard on the bathroom wall which I share with neighbor. I used clear caulk to seal that. Still some smoke is sneaking in..what else can I do? I've not found any other cracks/openings and we do not share air ducts.
Do you have a ceiling vent fan? It might be migrating from their ceiling vent into yours if they share the same attic space.
Also, might come from wall outlets that share the same wall.

No ceiling fans at all. One outlet above sink on shared wall. It still seems like the majority of smoke comes out from under the sink. My towels smell like smoke now even after washing and storing them elsewhere.
Also your landlord won't like you if that pipe ever needs worked on.
Well I have asthma and this is a big issue for me. The landlord already knew I had asthma. They might not like the foam insulation though it can be cut into; however I think they would dislike even more if they knew part of the smoke from the neighbor's is pot smoke.
I would knock on their door and say something to the extent "listen, i've got asthma and all the pot smoking from your room is really aggravating it. Take all the smoking outside and I won't call the cops."
If moving is not an option....
You might try going over the foam sealed areas under the sink with clear caulking too. I would seal around the water supply pipes as well.
I would seal the crap out of everything I could on that wall. You can get a rubber gasket that goes behind the outlet cover plate and that can help seal that opening.
Also check around the shower head and tub spout. If the shower head has a chrome cover, you can slide it down a little and seal the backside with caulk. If the tub spout is not tight to the tub enclosure, then run a bead of caulk there as well.

That's because there is a hole where the pipe comes in at the floor, not just in the cabinet where you put the expanding foam.
But now that you've put expanding foam around the pipe in the cabinet, you won't be able to pull the cabinet away from the wall to access the opening at the floor.
There's a huge opening under cabinets where there is an overhang. That's how rats get into houses when they come up through the floor where pipes are located.
You could try to seal off that overhang area with heavy duty plastic and duct tape.
Yeah, your landlord is going to hate you, might even keep your security deposit if you keep this up.
Asthma or not, apartments share walls with other tenants. You better find a separate house to rent when your lease expires.
Turning in neighbors for marijuana smoking is childish.
