My glass shower door doesn't seem to glide very well on the track a lately , is there anything I can put on the track ? I don't want to have to get someone in to take it off just now .

This is probably the answer to your question-

Prime-Line Shower Door Rollers, 5/8 in. Flat-M 6065 - The Home Depot

As how to actually perform said repair-
there are several YouTube videos for your watching pleasure.

Thank you , I've looked at some of the videos , I'd have to get someone in to replace the rollers , I'm a woman
Lol, can't do stuff like that , I was just hoping for a fast home remedy thing to make it slide easterly .

Happened to me. One of the rollers was out of track. Check on that first.

Spray some lubricant in the channel and on the rollers.

Try:
Liquid Wrench Silicone Spray M914/4603: Advance Auto Parts

Some (many/ most?) shower doors don't have rollers at all, just a series of nylon type guides that are supposed to help the doors glide along.

WHEN these get either gunked up with hard water scale and/or residue from soaps / hair care products the door no longer glides.
There is no substitute for a really nice stiff bristled brush to get that gunk out. These are essentially like giant tooth brushes and can be highly effective -- Oxo Good Grips Cleaning Brushes

Also helps to use a "soap scum removing cleaner" but BE CAREFUL most of these are quite acidic and most have a long list of precautions -- they can discolor untreated aluminum, harm your skin and react with other cleaners -- Tilex Commercial Strength Soap Scum Cleaner

If the rollers truly are preset and have come off the track / have broken it is a waste to try to lubricate them with slippery products. The potential for a dangerous situation in / around the tub cannot be overemphasized with such products that are never designed to be used around tile / porcelain fixtures...
