Cleaning off baseboard, and repairing minor nicks on the wall that just dont belong there.

I was going to say the same thing. Except I don't have any dogs and my bastard inconsiderate student renter neighbors who don't pick up after their dogs and use our community garden as a dumping ground. I asked them nicely but its about to get real around here.
