KOHLER, Wis., April 21 (UPI) -- Kohler Co., based in Wisconsin, says it has created a toilet featuring an automatically opening lid and a pulsating/oscillating bidet with an air dryer.
Kohler said the Numi toilet, which will soon go on sale for $6,390, features minimalist design as well as a heated seat with adjustable height and a charcoal-filter deodorizer, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported Wednesday.
Hopefully it won't be like most low flow toilets where you have to flush it three times to get everything down!! I thought the Toto was expensive but this one is even more,,,,,,
It offers 5 different temp settings to warm the seat. The water can be warmed by 5 different temp settings. You have all sorts of "washing" options. AND it air drys you by choosing which of the 5 different temp settings.
You just remove the standard traditional toilet seat and install this conversion seat. Some minor plumbing involved. Back in 2006... the cost of purchase, shipping/handling, and hiring a plumber..... under $600.

I paid $250. for my Toto Eco Drake's and you will NEVER flush twice, and you can throw away your plunger, you will never use it again.
When something works all the time, every time, it isn't expensive, it's an imvestment.
Kohlers are still Kohler, not in the same ball park with Toto...
It will sell, have a few customers that would not even think twice about something like this. Heck, installed a "Throne" that costs 12grand a few years back in a powder room and it was not even close to something like this..
