I have had three companies come out to give estimates for termite treatment. The first two use Termidor, the last one to come out uses Premise. The contract prices vary between $1,225 to 399. I would love
to hear your thoughts on either product.

That is quite a range...what are the differences in service? Do some only offer re-treat bonds or do all offer repair bonds? Are the bonds transferable? Like many things, I would be wary of the low-ball offer....especially since these guys may be drilling into patios/garage floors/etc. and I would also want to know what methods they use for future inspections (ie, just visual walk through, or thermal imaging/acoustic?).
