Guys, I need to move the gravel from my yard and use it somewhere else, like supplementing my driveway in the front etc. The gravel area is currently about 30 ft by 60 ft and about 2 inch deep.
Whats the best way to get it done ? I have my friends wheelbarrow to haul it, but how to get everything on one side first ? I was thinking of renting a tomcat/bobcat ? whatever its called for this (cost = $200 - 300 ??? I have no idea.)
Please give me your suggestions how I can go about this.
Roughly 300 cu ft., one dumptruck load. Three guys, three wheelbarrows and a couple hours and done. One guy, one Bobcat or backhoe, three hours (learning curve), and done. You are going to get dirt mixed in with that gravel. If you have a local farmer with a front loader bucket, you might have another option. I would avoid trying to use a snowblower...
