I have a bunch of really big windows in my house and I need to put in some polar guard insulated batted blind for insulation when its really cold and at night. These will be like big quilts.
I can see two ways to do it:
1. the quilt wraps around a bar, and then a rope on a pulley above pulls them up forcing the batting to roll around the bar. It goes up into a housing above the window.
2. the quilt has wood slats in it. The rope goes down through the center of the slats and when pulled they collapse on each other, into the housing above.
