You can actually use Pledge Multi-Surface on your stainless - works great and of course you can use it on other things...but other than that my favorite is Weiman's (either spray or wipes works fine). I've tried others, Weiman's is the best.
I have a stone stealer called Surfaceguard; I don't use it on my granite, which must have been sealed good when it was installed because when I spray this stuff on it just beads up. I had purchased it for a tumbled tile backsplash in my last house.
For day to day wiping down, we've been using 409 Granite and Marble cleaner for a couple of years. It works well and does not streak nearly as much as others we've tried and does not leave any film or have a fragrance added. It also works well on the glass top of our stove, which is Ceran black glass and hard to keep streak free. It is not the best at really greasy spills though, so sometimes I have to break out the regular 409 first, then hit it with the Granite cleaner.
Miracle 511 Impregnator and Aqua Mix Sealer's Choice Gold.
Follow the directions as they're a bit more involved than just wipe on/wipe off. If your stone wasn't sealed properly you will see a marked improvement in resistance to staining.
