Need to fix a cabinet (chipboard) wich has become warped so I ripped out a drawer and want to just put a wood panel to cover the drawer opening, any ideas or suggestions?.

Does Lowes or Home depot have a small panel or something I could just use as decoration?. Either that or should I just drill and nail a replacement board of wood.

Im not very handy so easiest way to fix this is appreciated. Thanks!.

Most drawers are overlay designs and the front is a separate part from the drawer box. A lot of newer designs integrate the front with the box.
Anyway, use the front to cover the hole. Look at the sink base if it has a false front panel- you'll see how to attach the drawer front to make a false front.

You ripped out the drawer? A litte harsh on the poor thing huh? Kidding. Why not just do it right? Why lose a drawer? Find out the brand of your cabinet and locate a dealer of that brand and just buy a new drawer box and/or drawer face. If there is no such brand then it's a bit more difficult. You can get a skilled Carpenter to make something close but it may not be perfect.
