Garage foundation leaks water every rainfall
It leaks from the bottom portion of the garage the cement part and leaves a trail of water that exits the garage. Do I have a foundation crack?
It seems like the previous owner of the house has had that specific section redone but the leak is still present.
Is this a major problem? Will the crack or leak become bigger?

If its an interior wall- I'd say plumbing vent leak
Exterior wall- roof or siding leak

Other side of the wall is outside. Hence the water coming in only when it rains.
The outside of the foundation doesn't have any thing unusual that I can spot.

A roof leak can cause this? What do you mean by siding leak? The concrete part?

Post a pic from the exterior. If there is a plumbing vent stack in the wall, the flashing at the roof around the stack may be leaking. The siding may have issues as well as not near enough distance between the ground and the bottom of the siding-whatever that is, or it may be that the siding doesn't come down far enough, poorly sealed stucco, etc.

Yes, water usually follows framing members. Which could literally mean that the leak could be anywhere and ends up going down the inside of the wall to the plate and onto the floor.
Lapboard siding installed incorrectly can "leak", especially if there is driving rain.
With your more detailed description I'd suspect a grade problem.

Post pics from the outside both closeup and far enough away to see the roof line. Also clarify what is against the wall, paving, dirt, etc. Also is there a gutter on a roof line dripping to that side?
Personally I suspect a grading issue.

Thanks Everybody for your input. I am currently doing research on what this grading is exactly. This is my 1st house so I'm not aware of much. Usually in our apartment we called maintenance and they took care of it.
Thanks everybody for baring with me.
