Closed on our house in St. Louis today! (warm, buying, car garage)

I closed on our first house today!

There is really no point to this post other than to express how excited I am DH & I are still 100% debt free yet were still able to get a mid century modest 3 bed / 3 bath / 2 car garage house which fits our needs perfectly!

Our buyers agent, Shannon was entirely awesome throughout the entire process and put up with us amazingly well

There is some work to do on the house, but seemingly nothing too major in the foreseeable future!
