Now the grout sealer.....
Finally got the tile down, the grout is down now and I need to seal the grout. I got a spray sealer....any good ways to do this or do I just spray it on the grout lines and wipe off the over spray?? Thanks to all that have been helping me through this process. I couldn't have done it without your input and constant encouragement!!

Honestly, any of these convenient spray sealers are not going to give you the longevity of painted-on sealers. You're probably looking at six months with a spray sealer, then you have to do it again.
The very best sealer is AquaMix Sealer's Choice Gold 15. You brush it on, wait 15 minutes, and then wipe it off and polish. Yeah, it's a bit of work. But it does the best job of sealing, and is rated for 15 years. It runs around $150/gallon (no that's not a typo). Expensive, but what's your house worth?

We had ceramic tiles put in our bathrooms a few months ago. The flooring guy said not to seal the grout for at least 2 weeks. If you seal it too soon, it won't be dried out yet and you may get a moldy odor. I just brushed a coat of Aqua Mix sealer on with a cheap sponge brush. It dried within a few hours and it sealed extremely well. (I paid $10 for a bottle and it covered both of our bathrooms, with about half the bottle left over. It's just regular Aqua Mix, which is why it's probably a lot cheaper than what the above poster paid. It really does work well though! )

My vote goes for the brush on sealer. A little more manageable and works well.
