Replace 63 year old Cast Iron drain lines or no?

FWIW as another data point my 1983 house in PA has black pipe, so I guess that is ABS. As luck would have it, I also have a joint coming from the kitchen that's dripping, although the good luck part is that it's dripping into the utility sink downstairs. Heh. Gotta fix that.

Under the sinks there are white PVC traps that go into black ABS coming out of the wall.

What is typically used for new around here I do not know.
