A few years ago a restaurant in Kansas City was burned (arson) by its owner. The whole thing was caught on their in-house surveillance system. The owner thought he had destroyed the tapes, but it turns out it was a dummy recorder installed as bait in case they were burglarized. The REAL surveillance recorder was hidden elsewhere.

I can tell it's a person with a long cape hanging down on one side.

If you look closely, you can see there are two legs and that long cape hiding one side of the body and one leg.

At night the cameras use IR lighting to produce a black and white image, hence the appearance of snow --also partly due to the fact I have the lights set to bright so it gets the bottom of the driveway (or at least the middle). This was in Virginia, no snow in May(usually). What looks like snow falling are our Mosquitos and other flying insects. Almost makes me glad I can't see in the dark as well as the cameras can.
