If one gets banned from City Data (no matter how long), it is easy enough to get a new, no cost Email address and register at CD under another screen name. Thus if one does not come back (new name), it is because they decide not to.

I have seen many professionals/experts on message boards dedicated to a specific subject, that finally tire of amatuers/aholes arguing with them so out of frustration they drop off or rarely reply.

You don't have freedom of speech from a private establishment. Your rights only protect you from the government.

Yes, he would not name names but referred to "the big box stores".

And he abhored white cabinets.

I don't really browse this specific board often, but he sounds like a good, upstanding person. White cabinets are awful.
