Personally, I don't see a lot of value in PTZ, I'm not sitting there watching the cameras live. My primary criteria are reliability, PoE, and
ONVIF. I mostly look for reviews on CCTVforum and Amazon.

Y-Cam has cloud and non-cloud models. There are a number of Y-Cam clones on the market, quality of the clones varies greatly, some are legitimate licensees and quite good.
Many IP cameras can be set to upload to a NAS and, as fallback, spool to local SD card when network connectivity is down.
Look for both color and also low-light B&W performance, some cameras cheap out on LEDs or on the IR-cut filter.
