This is pretty much all I can use,10WX8' deep.
My question is there a metal storage building built for a 30 psf snow load?
What might be best one?

Mine came from Sears on sale for $300 (10'x10') and I would say no, not as is.
Snow is rare here, usually 1-2" and then melts, but if we got more I would be out sweeping the roof. The metal roof panels dent very easily, and there are not joists under all of them. A kit such as in the last post would be very helpful, but if you have heavy, sustained snow, I'd go for a wood frame shed.
