On my my master bath, double sink vanity I have noticed very small like ants. So small that several could fit on the head of a pin. They seem to come in groups of 5-6.

They're ants just like any other ants. Make sure the top is on the toothpaste and wipe up any spilled juice or coffee on the counter. Buy ant baits and put them on the floor. They'll die off in a few days.

They could be Springtails. These are very very small critters that look like ants however if you try to smash one of them they’ll jump out of the way, thus the reason they’re called “springtail”. They don’t do anything bad except be annoying to have around. Usually they stay in areas of moister like sinks. You have to find their nest area outside in the ground and that can be a big issue because you don’t see them very well outside making it difficult to eradicate.

Thanks
They are crawling on the counter of the vanity but I will try ant traps on the counter and floor.
If they're ants, get Terro for ants. Get the liquid, follow the instructions, and within a couple of days, your ants will be gone. I had ants when I moved into my apartment two years ago. I used Terro, and haven't seen an ant since.
I use Terro liquid too, just pour a little bit in a plastic soda cap and the ants will line up around the edge to drink it.
Be glad it's just little ants...one apartment we lived in had fire ants on the toilet seat and they'd sting me at least twice a week.
