I am in urgent need of information. I have to notify a company Monday as to whether I accept or reject a job. My wages are equal to what I currently earn, but the OT will be non existent, so a careful comparison of the taxes, fees etc is needed. I have visited on a recruitment / interview cycle the area and know it fairly well. I like the Shelby County / 119 hwy. area so Eagles Point etc. type suburb living is my target. Could you please provide me answers (hypothetical of course) on the below information.
280,000 / home, need the below estimates
home owners insurance (home only - 50k on contents)
property taxes
home owners assoc. fees
any other fees not mentioned you can think of.
