Hi I am trying to get my new house cleaned before we move it. Bedrooms, family room and stairs carpet.

Does anyone have experience with Oxi Fresh? They say it dries in one hour. The carpets are fairly clean anyway no major stains as such but need to be cleaned to look and feel fresh.

I am very concerned about everything drying quickly and no water being left behind in the carpets.

Thanks

You can slap any name on it you want! Doesn't amount to a hill of beans.
All commercial carpet cleaning companies use the same process/equipment- hot water extraction.

The amount of time it takes to dry is based solely on the amount of water applied, amount of water extracted, ambient temperature, and relative humidity.

Now, what they do "to" the water is an entirely different arguement.

I used Oxi Fresh just this week to clean two rooms of a house that we haven't moved into yet. I think they did a great job. Our technician seemed to know what he was doing. We have beige carpets. One of the rooms had a couple of dark gray spots but the spots came out. But all in all, our carpets weren't in bad shape-just needed a freshening up.

We just had Chem Clean come and do our carpets, and they did an excellent job! These guys own their own business, and it is obvious they know what they are doing. We are quite happy with the job they did. They measured the rooms and then quoted an exact price. They they did what they said they'd do. Carpet was dry the next morning, and almost dry that night.
