I live in a 2-story townhouse, and how I would love to have a stairwell leading up to a rooftop deck! But this is not Mexico, where they only build with concrete, and we're stuck with Weyer-houses!

I'd add a screened in porch. It's on our project plan for our house in the next 3-5 years.

I'd totally redo this too large bathroom, getting rid of a mounted soaking tub which never is used, and installing a big walk in multidirectional shower. I'd have one of those wall that wrap around so there would be no need for a glass door.

I'd redo our vanities which aren't efficient.

I'd transform the entire space. I'd get better built ins for the walk in closet, where there is so much wasted space. I'd refloor in a nice stove of some sort.

There is no chance in any of this happening. Overall, our house suits us. But the bath is too big and not organized well, IMO.
