I just acquired a parcel of land that I am interested in building a house on someday.
I am having buyer's remorse. Spouse looked at pictures, says she doesn't like it. I am undecided. It is forested but the has been thinned and tree spacing reflects the thinning that was done. I think there is potential.
Where can I seek advice / reassurance that the property I bought will work for building a house? I'm talking esthetics only (not septic, well, etc).
I'd like to get some outside reassurances that the parcel that I purchased will work well for the house project that I have in mind.
I'd prefer free (i.e., online forums and post pictures) but am willing to pay a nominal amount if necessary.
