I would not do that .. if I saw that on an app I would not proceed further .

There was one landlord here that would go look into peoples cars when they were looking at the property and based whether or not he would rent to them on the inside of their car . Without knowing if that was their car or not, the kids car - whatever .

Landlords are tough enough and I WISH all rental properties had no carpet. One accident and you're toast . Tennant's throw rugs over wood , fake wood , linoleum of varying types would be my fondest wish in a rental.

Anyway I have a Hoover Deluxe Elite with a 24 ft rewind cord , in Candy Apple Red . I have a carpet cleaner I use once a week or two at most which is a Bissell.

I'm thinking about putting that question on a rental application and so I am wondering if that is something that most people know or that most people don't remember.

Of course, if you'd like to tell me what brand and whether or not you are happy with it, that would be nice, but mostly I'm wondering if it is a reasonable question.

Why would you care what brand of vacuum they have? I think that's weird.

I have two. Upstairs is a Panasonic canister. Downstairs is an Electrolux. Both fine machines.

Kirby, it's an old cast iron monster. We had a new Bissel in 2006 that died in 2008, the 30 year old Kirby is still going
