I totally forgot to remove them/ unplug them when I left for vacation. I'm gone for another three days. Is there any sort of hazard?

No you should be fine, they use so little electricity they barely get warm, even when they run out of the liquid they are fine plugged in.

Thanks... I saw some crazy email chain that said they burn houses down.... I'm pretty sure I had left them plugged in for weeks when I left for Italy when I lived in my exes house.

If your home is newer with arc fault breakers there is zero risk. The breaker will trip if there's a problem. If its older with old breakers there's about .05% risk.

Those things are left unattended all the time...this isn't much different than leavng it for an 8 hr workshift. This wouldn't worry me at all. No one seems to really bother unplugging them while gone.

You'll return home to a fairly powerful scent of Vanilla, or Lavender, or whatever scented plugin you bought.

The power will be more from the fact that you're not used to smelling it for the past 3 days or so.

Lol......I am like you. I am sure you are intelligent and reasonably savvy with machines and electrical items.....but like you I tend to worry about the least possibility.

Maybe should worry more about what these horrible plug ins are doing to your health, their lethal and should be banned like all air fresheners, their full of toxic rubbish.

Facts please! Any reputable studies or at least a breakdown of the ingredients or how each one affects health?
