Well I drive only cars before 1970, and am fine with that! Personally I like a low-visibility house but why not build half the house underground? Wish I could buy an old bomb shelter from the 40's or 50's and move in!

Lord some of the things I have seen in houses described as "Elegant".
Can be good, can be bad. Way to much crap construction by people who don't have a clue. Plus zero self policing on anything relating to building codes. Far too many people who never had a license to do anything trying to do everything.
Difficult to find salvage anything. Way to many of those above folks who will run off with any junk available, either to sell or use or just pile up in their front yard.

Here in Monroe couhty Florida they are becomming a communist country, which is a departure from the free-as-a-breeze Florida Keys living we once had. Thanks Miamians and Northeasterners!

Just run the hot shower for half a minute, this will steam up the bathroom and make it nice and warm then you can undress and enjoy the warmth. After the shower, the bathroom will be very hot and humid. Dry off and go into the cold bedroom. You wont feel cold for a few minutes and youll be bone dry in the time. Then get dressed again and put on your coat. You want to spend another $200 a month on heating so you can enjoy walking half nakid around the house? I have better things to do with $200 and so does anyone that isnt really rich.

LOL. Nooooo. I wouldn't want to walk around half naked. When you do something you should give it 100%. Therefore, totally naked would be better!!!
