Just awhile ago my roommate came in asking if I had seen what she says is an "S" right by my door. I had not seen it but she said it could be some gangs mark. Just want some thoughts or any ideas how this could have just come naturally. Pic:

Clean it off, and then see if it reappears. As it stands in the photo it looks like nothing in particular.
