Kind of the worst angle, focus on the garages. I also somewhat surprised there is a home that looks more than a little similar on an adjacent lot. Depending on the time of day the picture was taken the "monolithic" wall that juts out from the entrance area is also opening up quite a few questions about how that will function / what negatives there will be related to weather and such...

Is that building one house or some kind of duplex/triplex/quadplex? It looks like it is part of a tract of similar (or identical) structures from what I can see of the one behind it which looks further along.
