I'm looking for some new ideas. For the last 2 years I've used what my ex called an "army blanket."
It's a poncho liner. It really does keep you cool in the summer as it's cool to the touch. Being hot blooded this helps alot in the summer.

I learned this years ago: Sleep naked. Your body regulates your temperature better.

Pure cotton sheets and pillowcases, then a cotton lightweight quilt.

I bought a bold, plaid, King Size Flannel Sheet for my Queen bed. I use the sheet as a summer time bedspread. I pull it off at night as I sleep naked with just a single flannel cover sheet. Easy Peasy.

Same thing as winter... a light, fluffy comforter completely wrapped around two large dogs.

No dogs at my house, but I use a light, fluffy comforter too. Also I turn the thermostat down a degree. So comfortable.

Same in the winter, except I add a couple of warmer comforters on top of the fluffy one.

Yeah, that is tough.............too hot for a blanket, too cool for nothing. I usually go to bed in sweats and cover-up with a sheet. When it gets really hot, I ditch the sweats.

We have what they used to call a flannel sheet blanket. Seems a bit redundant to me. It looks just like a flannel sheet, but I love it. It is just light enough on top of the 100% cotton sheets.

I use a lightweight cotton blanket. Cotton breathes. By the way, I live in the South. We run a ceiling fan while we sleep.
