Tiny home...not sure of the definition but something around 400-700 sq feet maybe?
Seeking ideas for the inside of our dream of a 2 bdrm/1 bath home. 20 ft ceilings, 440 sq ft bottom floor with 20 ft ceilings.
180 feet in loft area w/10 ft ceilings. 620 sq foot house.
Contractor is starting the tractor work leveling the lot next week.
Circular staircase or smaller stairs possibly to upstairs loft.
Front door akin to something private and durable to bears
A small full deck on the side.
Front deck will only encompass a pad with 1-2 stairs to front door
Contractor builds the home but we do everything inside except install the windows
