I bought a shop vac with attachments that can reach to the 2nd-floor gutters. You can certainly see from below that they are blowing out the dried leaves, pine needles, etc., but even if you couldn't tell from down there, you can just go to a 2nd-floor window and look and see that the gutter is now basically clean. And of course, the next time it rains you can see that the gutter is working as it's supposed to be. So what on earth did he mean?
How can you see inside the 2nd floor gutters from a 2nd floor window? Makes no sense.
We've got a handyman who lives on our street. I used him before to clean my gutters. $12 and we're good to go. The guy is able to make it just doing odd jobs in our neighborhood.
Wow- nobody would even stop a car/talk to you for $12 here...
I don't only have gutters, I have a downspout that drains under the yard. All kinds of debris is flushed out when my gutters are cleaned and that has to be removed. I just watch Groupon for a coupon. This is not something I am going to bother with myself.
