Is it safe for me to spray my house down with Mold Armor (comes in a spray bottle) and outdoor bleach to get rid of the mildew and to clean the siding?
I can reach the lower siding, so can easily wash and rinse. For higher up, as I don't have an outdoor water spout or hose or ladder or brush, my plan is to just aim and spray with tons of bleach before it rains on Wednesday.
Will this get rid of the mildew or do I have to get a ladder and scrub and is there any danger to spraying a house down with bleach and mildew chemicals?
Can you power wash it?
If that side of the house is in the shade, the mold is going to return. I’d invest the $75 dollars and purchase the power washer. Part of yearly maintenance.

OP said s/he doesn't have an outdoor spigot (water spout) That's a major problem right there.

It can be hooked up to an indoor sink with an adapter, use a neighbors spigot, hire a company with their won water source.
Any solution will have to be repeated every so often.
This year, I tried the Wet and Forget for the first time. Two thumbs up, excellent recommendation! Most of the north side of my house had algae on the siding. You couldn't tell it a week later. I just used a cheap hand sprayer.

Glad to hear another recommend it - anyone know if it's save for vegetation? I have two Japanese maples (the smaller ones) - one on either side of the front porch and would hate for them to be killed off (although the contractor who redid the porch did attempt to )
