Currently I have a drop down tile ceiling in my basement but, the tiles always fall down. I am considering getting a real ceiling down there. Anyone know how much it will cost?

It is about 500 square feet.

There's no way to give you an amount based on that-
Plus, not knowing what's above the tiles and where it's all located, it could be just about anything.

Seconded. It's likely there to hide HVAC runs, etc. However, without knowing anything it could be $2500, it could be $12,500.

I'd probably just get the frames for the drop ceiling fixed.

A lot more than fixing the T-Bar and replacing some tiles.
A whole lot more if (when) you need to tear it down for access to a repair.
